My 1 bird strategy for Piglantis 1-2 was to aim Chuck high arc (not too high) so he could break these wood blocks indicated by the yellow arrow (that's also how he should land on them) this way you can destroy a lot of blocks + with luck some blocks can hit that chest uderwater and break it giving extra points.
